Frameworks tab missing from User Interface in Miva 9 admin

Hi,

I'm trying to install the Suivant ReadyTheme using the .pdf instructions as a guide and something is wrong.
When I go into my Miva 9 admin and go to User Interface I do not see a 'Frameworks' tab as per their instructions.

I have looked everywhere in my Miva 9 admin and there is no mention of Frameworks or Ready Themes anywhere.

I am currently using:

Miva Merchant 9.0004
MivaScript Engine v5.22

Does anyone know how to get the Frameworks tab to appear in admin?
I cannot proceed without it.

That is very odd indeed. My first thought was, do you have full administrative user privileges? Are you assigned to a User Group that restricts the access but I think it would only restrict the whole Pages access. Who is your host? I think you are going to need to have them take a look at it for you.

I do believe you have to be an Admin to see the Ready Themes tools, but I could be wrong.

But what about just being able to see the default Frameworks tab in the User Interface?

Could the Frameworks button be hidden under the "More Menu" (the three dots)?

That tab should always be installed in a store.
