HTML documentation for themes?

Is there any developer documentation for the HTML used in ReadyThemes? Particularly the Iron & Wool. Is it based off of bootstrap?

I'm looking specifically for what the CSS classes mean in relation to layout. What is a row? What is whole? etc.
