Great Grandchildren in the Category Tree Template

I noticed that the Category Tree Template is using parent, child and grandchild. Can the menu go deeper? The Toolkit can go to sub_category4:

&mvt:parent_category:name; (parent)
&mvt:sub_category:name; (child)
&mvt:sub_category2:name; (grandchild)
&mvt:sub_category3:name; (great grandchild)
&mvt:sub_category4:name; (great great grandchild)

I really need these levels. I'm guessing that these are also still not available in the ReadyTheme navigation sets?

Without custom coding, you are limited to parent, child, and grandchild.
