Easiest Way to Copy Omega Nav

I am trying to have 2 different Omega style menus on our site and when I copy the code from the primary nav that was built into the template, and modify the categories, it changes both which tells me something is linked. What would be the easiest way to duplicate this to another nav set that I can easily change?

The Omega navigation was never intended to be duplicated on a site. To do so you would need to duplicate the JavaScript and change the variables to something else which would match the new ones you set in your Omega duplicate.
