Menu cuts off on smaller phones

I've been trying to resolve an issue with the desktop version of the Colossus Primary navigation menu only to discover that there are issues with it when viewed on smaller phones. I went and looked at the demo on a phone screen size 375 by 667 and noticed that it only displays to "Office Coffee" and not even all the way to SHOP ALL

What's going to be the CSS tweak to get this to display the SHOP ALL so it can be scrolled to?

It seems that Firefox's Mobile View doesn't seem to like it. Safari's Responsive Design does. It also looks like I may have tweaked something out of the CSS so I'll continue to troubleshoot with Safari. Thanks, Matt.
