Add two form fields to contact page

I'd like to add two required fields to the form: Phone and Organization. Is this possible?

Ya, it's easier to do than you might think. The form fields are located in the content section "contact_form". You'll need to edit the page "CTFM" as well. The code is commented well enough that it should be easy for you to get going. If not, you'll likely need to reach out to professional services/send me a PM.
