Updated EU rules around cookies

We sell a lot of product in Europe and we wanted to update our privacy policy. How can we find out which cookies our site is saving? And how can we push the 'approve cookies notification' to new visitors?

I know practically nothing about cookies unfortunately. Thanks.

I'd check out https://termly.io/ for other cookie status. Miva itself, AFAIK, doesn't use any cookie that would run afoul of EU rules. But since those change, and you might forget to check when adding other scripts, this type of service might need to be used for piece of mind.
