The CADE page to edit a customer address doesn't have a form associated with it. I've tested on 2 different Levels installations and it's missing. There's no save or submit button or form tags. Installations are 3-4 months old so maybe there's a patch?
Same for the CADA page. There's also no default link in the customer account admin to add a new address although navigating directly to CADA.html works (but missing form submit).
