It would seem that the EmporiumPlus Volume Pricing module is not playing nicely with the Levels ReadyTheme BASK screen. Getting the initial discount to display is not an issue, but if you want to reduce the quantity ordered, the volume pricing seems to hang on. Could it be due to how the basket quantity is handled? There is no input field or reset on the screen.

Hi Leslie,
If I remember correctly, the Emporium Plus module relies on the BASKET:ITEMS loop to function properly. By default, our ReadyThemes use the BASKET:GROUPS loop on the basket page to better facilitate the use of the internal pricing tools. A general recommendation is to convert the site from using the Emporium Plus version of volume pricing to the built-in version.
As for the input field and reset, are you referring to the ones in Levels or the ones from the module?Matt Zimmermann

Hi Leslie,
So, I'm guessing the quantity input on the basket page had to be replaced with the one from the module. If that's the case, I believe, you will have to not use the ITEM tag from the module and instead view the page source with it in place, copy the input element, update the element to match the default Levels one, and insert that code into the template code in place of the ITEM tag.Matt Zimmermann
