More about Styling Product Flags: Styling "You May Also Like"

In my other post on product flags, my questions were resolved with the help of some good folks. I discovered another question though: I added the requisite code for the product page, but the "You may also like..." section at the bottom of the page does not have the product flag styling. So that section is pulled in from elsewhere.

Do anyone know where the "You may also like" display layout is coming from?

That section is on the product page under Related Products. It is set up similar to the category and search pages.
