Breadcrumbs, a product in two categories, search results

I have a product, Green Blanket. That product is assigned to the categories "Blankets" and "Special." When I search for Green Blanket in my store and click on it, the product page displays these breadcrumbs: Home / Special / Green Blanket. But I would much rather is say: Home / Blankets / Green Blanket. (The "Special" category pertains to a certain group of potential customers. I don't want that to be the "main" category.)

When coming from a search page, why does the product page's breadcrumbs choose one category over another? Can I set a preference?

Hi Doug,

In your Green Blanket product, try setting the "Canonical Category Code" to the Blankets category.
