Edit Tax Field Prompt

Can the Tax Field Prompt be edited? If so, where? Store owner needs to edit the VAT ID prompt.

There is no "Prompt" option:

Hi Leslie,

It looks like only Generic VAT has the option to edit the prompt. For the others, you'll probably have to use a conditional to change the text output on the page.
