Address Book Doesn't Load Edit Address Form

On CABK, the address book page, when I click edit address the address disappears and nothing load in the edit-address-form div.

Does this happen in all browsers and are there any JavaScript errors on the page?

It happens in Chrome and Edge, no errors on the page that would cause an issue.

Hi Chris,

I am unable to duplicate this in the demonstration store. Assuming this store is a password protected development site, I would recommend contacting professional services or support so they can gain access and take a look.

What is the action that is supposed to take place? I created an account on the Luxe store and it works and I am trying to work it backwards. I am thinking that something isn't loading into the edit-address-form div like it is supposed to.

Hi Chris,

When you click to edit, it will exchange the contents of the address section with the edit form based on the address ID

Hey Matt,

I used the Store Settings > Customer to make some adjustments at one point and this reset all of the Customer Information fields. I thought I had them all updated back to the default Luxe setting but I missed the one on page CADE. I reset that one and now it works.

Maybe the Prevent Automatic Updates to This Template should be checked by default on a ReadyTheme install because this has caused a few issues with formatting and now functionality.
