I had a customer call today to re-enable a subscription that they had cancelled. In Levels Theme the customer could not see a cancelled subscription but it looks like they can in Shadows. I notice there are options on the CSUB screen for this now. There does not appear to be any way for the customer to re-enable the subscription though. Is there a way to allow them to re-enable ?

Hi Jim,
I believe, once cancelled, a subscription would have to be processed through checkout again. I will check to see if there is another way.Matt Zimmermann

Hi Jim,
Looks like there are two way to re-enable a canceled subscription:- The customer would have to purchase the subscription product again.
- A shop owner can re-enable a canceled subscription in the administration portal.
