Product Carousels in Shadows 2.0

I need to set up the storefront page to show a product listing as a carousel. https://docs.miva.com/readytheme-shadows/ doesn't mention anything about carousels, and the instructions at https://docs.miva.com/readytheme-sha...xtensions.html don't work (even if I copy the extensions/carousel folder from a Shadows 1 site).

Does Shadows 2.0 not support carousels natively? Any tips on adding it?

Hi Susan,

No, the original carousel functionality was removed from Shadows 2. To add one if, I would recommend looking at Splide [ https://splidejs.com/ ].

Yea, we use Bxslider now for Shadows 2.0 sites. Main reason we like it is that is Very Easy for clients to update, and if they are really klutzes than you can manage content with readytheme images/content sections.
The content structure for bxslider is basically "any container inside the bxslider container. For example

</div>
