Possible to incorporate Levels ready theme Mega Menu into Shadows

I am looking a way to incorporate Levels ready theme mega menu into shadows. Basically trying to replace the Shadows navigation both on mobile and desktop with Levels as its mega menu works for store very well. Do I need to add it as an extension to the theme folder.

The Shadows framework has the same type of navigation as the Levels framework but with different styling.

Navigate to User Interface > Theme Components > Navigation Sets and select Primary Site Navigation Bar. Once editing the Primary Navigation Bar you can select the Navigation Items tab. Here you can multiple levels under the first selection to give the effect of the Levels navigation. Then using some styling to change the layout of the navigation the look can be achieved.
