More Storyteller Primary Navigation issues

I am trying to sort the navigation links in the ReadyTheme > Navigation Sets > Edit Navigation Item: cmp_primary_navigation > Navigation Items

I have tripled checked the sorting within the ReadyTheme > Navigation Sets > Edit Navigation Item: cmp_primary_navigation > Navigation Items

What appears in the ReadyTheme > Navigation Sets > Edit Navigation Item: cmp_primary_navigation > Navigation Items does not match what is being displayed in the navigation on the site.

For example, I am trying to place the Home link to appear above the Shop link. In the ReadyTheme > Navigation Sets > Edit Navigation Item: cmp_primary_navigation > Navigation Items it appears:






On the site it appears

Hi Leslie,

Since home is not a category, category list, or product list page, it is being placed at the top of the secondary section. If you want a home link in there, I would recommend hard coding it before the loops.

I also seem to have a category that is displaying "below the line" within

[CODE] <mvt:if expr="NOT (l.settings:navigationitem:link_dest CIN 'CLST|CTGY|PLST')">/CODE]

but the good news is it displaying exactly where I need it to be.
