Any idea why custom fields don't work in the Product Display template

I am trying to use custom fields for some of the itemprops any idea why this won't work? I copied this &mvt:product:customfield_values:customfields:brand ; from my pre Suivant version 9 store.

This is really bizarre. If I edit the post above, there is not space in "customfie lds:brand"

Make sure THAT (those) custom fields are assigned to the template (look just below the Product List template, you should see to lists: assigned and unassigned.
