Do I have to use Powersearch templates, or can I swap Powersearch results into my Suivant template? I guess what I am asking is can I just swap in Powersearch on the back end without changing what the customer sees.

Re: Do I have to use Powersearch templates?
Hi John,
If you want to use Power Search, you would have to modify the SRCH page as the module instructs. To maintain the same layout, you would need to copy the search results code into the Power Search module, making any needed changes for the module. Without those updates, the module will not display the results.Matt Zimmermann

Re: Do I have to use Powersearch templates?
Perhaps to clarify (or TMI) the short answer is no, you cannot as PowerSearch calls its own template to render results, but in general, as Matt suggested, you can simply copy over the relevant code from the ReadyThemed template TOO the one power search calls...so, in the end, its the same effect as having power search call a 'different template'.Bruce Golub
