Size content to viewport

When testing a site for it's mobile "friendliness" I am getting "Size content to viewport" and "Size tap targets appropriately". After digging for hours trying to figure out what the issue(s) might be, I decided to test the Suivant Demo. To say the least I was a bit surprised to find it had the same issues. I then tested a mobile site that was built using Bill's Toolkit - wow, if you want a mobile friendly site according to Google, I'd say stick to it based on the testing but then there is that whole two sets of code thing...

While using PageSpped Insights and Varvy Tools are great, we also recommend checking with Pingdom, GTmetrix, and Mobile-Friendly Test to get a better understanding on your site performance across devices. That being said, getting tied up in the numbers will drive you crazy. Although Google is praising mobile sites, clean and fast code will outshine the target size and if something might fall outside of the viewport. Usually, a slider is the item that triggers the viewport issue.
