On the BASK screen the Shipping Estimate is not pulling all the shipping methods that are offered on the OSEL until after the customer continues through checkout to the OSEL screen. If the customer has entered all the info at the OCST page, proceeds to the OSEL and then goes back to the BASK the Shipping Estimate works correctly. The Shipping Estimate asks for the State, Zip Code and Country (the same info collected at the OSCT page) so it's baffling why all of the available shipping methods are not being shown. Is this an old bug?

Hi Leslie,
If I remember correctly, this is the proper functionality. Certain aspects of the order are unknown until the customer gets to the OSEL page which can affect the available shipping methods. Once you have completed to that point, returning to the basket works because the variables have been set.Matt Zimmermann

Hey Leslie,
Is it always the same methods not being displayed on BASK? Depending on the shipping module being used, some require more information than what is asked for on BASK vs OCST. You could try adding the address fields as well as the check for residential to the estimator and see if that resolves the discrepancy.Matt Zimmermann

Adding the street address and city were "easy" - they are part of the shipping estimator. The "check for residential" is not. How do I go about adding it and assuring it will work? Still trying to figure out why this stopped working like it used to.
