where is documentation on pseudo pages

I'm trying to understand the pseudo pages. OINF is really well explained in this video:

but the link on the bottom of that page to the documentation for pseudo pages on http://www.mivamerchant.com/template...udo_pages.html
is broken.

I think there are more than four (ACNT, AFAE , OINF, OUSL) that are mentioned in the video.
I'm looking for info on ICST and UCST etc.
So far I"ve figured out
ICST is insert customer
UCST is update customer

But I haven't figured out when they go into affect. I'm trying to keep ICST from occurring with toolkit's preaction. But it doesn't seem to be working entirely the way I think it should.

ICST is an action code, not a page code. The store processes action codes first, before it starts rendering any page templates. ACAD is the page code for the page that is displayed when a user clicks the button to create a new account. The ICST action is triggered when the user clicks the Save button on the ACAD page. So a pre-action triggered by ICST will not stop the ACAD page from being displayed, if that's what you're asking about?

okay. makes sense.

I am trying to use toolbelt's preaction to keep an account from being created if custom customer fields aren't filled in. I want to send the customer back to the ACAD screen if the custom customer fields are blank. I used this in Miva 5. But it seems that the preaction isn't being executed before the insert customer is occurring in Miva 9.14.
