SMT Application timeouts

I have a script that imports a file and converts it to different output. They aren't small but not enormous. I can run 2 in a loop before an application timeout. But, I need to be able to run more than 50.
MvASYNCHRONOUS doesn't appear to be supported in SMT. Any suggestions?

Make a template feed with your smt code then run it in a scheduled task. That way you get a 60 minute timeout (or something like that.)
