    Emporium Plus Limited Hours and Service

    Upcoming vacation: Jan 21-28 we will be unavailable for routine support and software delivery will be delayed. If you need software immediately or have a non-emergency question, please order or ask your question prior to Jan 21 or wait until Jan 29. On Jan 29, after noon, we will resume normal hours of operation and there will be a one day 30% sale for those who patiently waited. FWIW, there is a 20% off coupon available today but you'll need to do some detective work to find it on the storefront or basket page. There is an image on those pages, only when I am in the admin, that may help you find it.

    As always, you can still get our software at http://www.designextend.com anytime. Design Extend provides free support for modules purchased through them. They also have a module install service for a modest fee, so if you are having trouble installing a module check them out. You can also get our modules at http://www.mivacentral.com, but they do not provide support for modules. Price group, coupon, quantity, multi-product, and update discount prices will not be available at those two stores. If you need a same version module update at reduced price, you can order from Emporium Plus but delivery will be significantly delayed (possibly for several days) during this period. If you do not supply the correct previous order number or it does not match the current domain, the order will be canceled, so please don't submit an order if you do not have accurate previous order information as I will not be able to do the research necessary to find lost order numbers.

    During this vacation period, if you have an EMERGENCY question (e.g. store is down) and did not get the module through Design Extend, please use http://www.emporiumplus.com/SPTS.html at Emporium Plus. Direct emails may not be received so please use the support form. We anticipate that we will have very slow Internet access once or twice per day for a few minutes. But there may be days when we have no access. Please provide all requested information (e.g. order number, domain, module involved) in your first contact to avoid the need for extra emails. Please use the Contact Us form ONLY FOR EMERGENCIES. If you are needing a license key for certain modules, those modules will function without the license key for 10 days (240 hours) (14/336 for the Tool Kit) before they expire. So please do not request a key unless you have less than 48 hours remaining. "How would I" type questions about Tool Kit examples are not emergencies. Custom modifications of modules are not usually emergencies. In most cases an emergency can be temporarily mitigated by going to admin > modules, locating the module, and making it inactive. Since it will be turned off until fixed, it will not cause your store to be down.
