Most of you have probably seen this info on Facebook while checking on this week's sales, but just in case you haven't, I added a multi-product add feature to the Tool Kit that does not require the Express Order module. For the past several years you needed to use that inexpensive module to loop through a page's products that were being added with a single button click to get the bulk additions. The new feature in the Tool Kit is much more robust. You can add products with or without attributes. As long as required attributes are filled in, the product is added. If not, you get a message with a link to each failed addition. The module also checks inventory and displays an applicable message if the item is out or short supply for the order. The only thing I haven't yet included is support for inventory variants.
The typical usage would be at the category or product list level. At http://www.emporiumplus.com/1AAUPG.html you can see the same version update category which demonstrates the feature. FWIW: there is a 50% off same version update modules today (8/15/2012) only. Many people have been getting the Tool Kit and Coupon module updates today for the price of a mocha.
As many of you remember, in 4x I had a shopping pad module. The need for that separate module really isn't there anymore with all the other re-order features in the core merchant or tool kit enhanced. However, with the addition of the multi-product add feature which accepts attributes, I combined that feature with the existing "vquick" function in the Tool Kit to make an enhanced Shopping Pad. The example is at http://www.emporiumplus.com/SHOPPAD....&padquantity=1
