Re: New Module From Phosphor Media: Easy Contact
I now have three modules that I wouldn't go without. One of them is of course toolkit however the other two are Edit CSS and Easy Contact. (If you do not have the edit css module in your store then you're missing out on what has become my biggest time saver) It's ability to backup the css and then allow you to start moving things around without having to upload a file every time is awesome.
The other one is this new Easy Contact which I have to say that I wasn't really sure about at first is also now important. We have had lots of people use it already and this is an example of what's great about it. The customer wanted to know if we had a certain brand of hiking shoe but her message didn't really help that much so normally I would have had to ask a few questions back and forth. Since I had the pages she visited I was able to tell exactly what she was looking for and I simply sent her a link to the page she needed. What was more interesting is using it to figure out why she didn't get there on her own. I have a pretty good idea if it had not been so easy to use the contact pop up she may have just left the store anyway. Short of using chat sessions this works very well.
