Is there a how to on migrating the toolkit reviews over to yours?
We do not have an example for the Toolkit Reviews at this time. The data will need to be mapped to the csv columns outlined in our Ratings & Reviews module docs: https://licensing.glendaledesigns.co...orting-reviews
I remember you submitting a ticket with us on this and at the time, you were unable to provide us with access to see the data. If that has changed, we can definitely take a look to see if we can come up with some instructions. You are the first to ask for Toolkit migration support, so we would like to see your data.
OK so to be clear as a store owner
If there's a review I don't want to publish....
- if I click disapproved....there's a chance the author/customer will get an email back notifying them (depends if they clicked 'yes' on receive email when published)
- if I ignore the 'bad' reviews and they stay as pending in the queue, then author/customer will get nothing but they'll just sit there are pending potentially forever....
That is correct. If there is a need to expand on this feature further, let us know, ie. supress disapprove status notification. We are working a long list of feature suggestions/requests, so feedback is appreciated.

Yes I would want as a feature that I can suppress disapproval as a wish list item
