Has anyone found a cheap & dirty way to create an MSN sitemap?

I'm no SEO guru but I used this free tool http://www.auditmypc.com/xml-sitemap.asp (java based) to create an xml sitemap which I was able to submit to Yahoo, Google and then setup my robots.txt file like this (include the extra blank line below it:

Sitemap: http://www.yourdomain.com/sitemap.xml

And then MSN magically seems to be spidering my site (as far as I know). Also having the line in the robots.txt file automatically gets checked by Yahoo and Google regularly.

Just my two cents.
