how to find out which adwords a compnay bids on?

Is there a way to find out which adwords a particular company is using in their Adwords campaigns?

I have used
www.googspy.com in the past.

It is pretty good for some sites, but not sure how often it is updated.

Thats a bit of a contraversial question as I guess it part of adwords competitive advertising.

I have used Adwords for a long time effectively. It is easy to find what competitiors are using. Use the keyword genrator to add every word you can think of.

After a few weeks you will find which are popular words becuase the bids are much higher than most words, It might even cancel out words because the bid is to low.

I guess the Idea is to find the most accurate words for your own business.
