I'm hoping this already a feature and we just can't get it to work properly. When a customer pays via PayPal and one needs to issue a refund, is there a way to reflect this refund in the order processing area? I understand the refund itself will have to be done manually in our PayPal account - but I'd like the customer record/data to be accurate. Ideas?

Yes, this should happen automatically--at least with the new paypal method (although I don't recall this ever being an issue even with the old one)...so maybe need to put in a request to miva support.Bruce Golub
