We have products that sometimes have particular options unavailable (they are out of stock for example). Right now we manually edit the text for the option to say 'out of stock' but people sometimes click it. It might be useful to have a column to set 'disable' to add the disable attribute for an option so it shows grayed out and when back in stock I could toggle it back.
