Same as Billing/Shipping Checkbox Session Storage

A snippet like the attached screenshot to be integrated into the core or clientside ToggleDetails.js to remember the checkbox state would be great.

I'm sure you guys would have a more elegant way to integrate, but this works well for now.

I had to use window addEventListener 'load' so it would play nicely with the ToggleDetails.js
