Add a TEST button on the mail settings area in Domain settings

Not much more less fun than the client (or us) changing the domain settings > mail settings to a value supplied by 3rd party, client, etc and having the mail config broken. Adding a "Test" button on that area right there would make so much sense. Use case: Client just changed the mail settings to what their email provider sent them and I can not login since the admin will not email my browser my login code.

Sounds cool. Alway upvote 'click and verify' ideas. The 'watch' button alone on the pages, products and cats saves 20/30 minutes a day.
