We're thinking of setting up users for order entry and customer service, moving them from our backend system to our Miva site.
One reason why we haven't done it yet is because in the dropdown (when clicking the user icon in top right) there is the link for Customer Support.
We don't want our users to contact Miva support. Our Administrator should be the point person with Miva support. And the Administrator will then help our users.
Our Dream Request for the core software >>> a checkbox or toggle in the user's account that will either remove the Customer Support link from the dropdown or simply disable the link. Or, if it's easier, a global option which will affect all users.
