One time step up charges for the entire order

Need a type of attribute that is charged at the order level and not at the item level. As more more more customizations are offered, we need a way to charge for the customizations at the order level.

So, the attributes will be very similar to the ones we have currently but they will called something else and charges associated with those attributes will be calculated at the order level and not item level.

Back in the day, Bill Weiland (Emporium Plus) had a "Misc. Fee" module that we used to add things like set-up charges, etc, that couldn't be done at an item level. I thought Miva had replaced this with something native.....

Attributes are always going to be a the product level so they will always be multiplied by quantity. A couple options:

      1. Add a product to the cart with the correct add on price. This does take some customization as you would be adding multiple products to the cart when the customer clicks add to cart and you then have to remove both if they remove one.

      2. Leverage Order Charges to apply the one time charges.

You can customize the User Experience so these charges appear as Attributes on the Product but when added, will actually add an order level charge.

One more question related to this - can variants have additional setup charges?

              This snippet might help: https://snippets.cacher.io/snippet/2192b8415ac63b822950

When g.Add_Charge is passed then it will add the custom charge that is setup in the snippet. Alternatively it will delete the charge if g.Delete_Charge is passed.
