    Psydde,

You were right, we discussed this internally before and never got full branch scheduling into the core. For now we recommend doing scheduled components instead of switching branches for most time-sensitive promotions.

We're also going to add a "minor" feature request change internally so you should see this in a 2025 release.

I'm assuming you might have been referring to PageBuilder scheduling features and not to branches being scheduled to become primary at a specified date/time? If however this can be done I'd love to know how.

Yes, yes, yes! We also use branches to create unique layouts and navigation for promotional periods, and like you I'll be up at midnight to manually make my promotional branches become primary.

    Schedule branch to be primary

I think it would be a nice enhancement to be able to schedule the making of a branch to be the 'primary branch'. If you use branching for marketing periods, you have to manually make that branch primary. If you want a branch to become primary at midnight, you have to be present and working at midnight to make that happen. I understand that if a marketing page is using Pagebuilder, components of a page can be scheduled. However, if a page template is not, for whatever reason, using Pagebuilder and instead using version branching to plan marketing campaigns, no scheduling aspect seems to exist.
