Note Fields Associated with Price Groups, Collections, etc.

It would be very beneficial to have a Notes or Additional Information field associated with Price Groups and Collections. Price Groups especially can get very complex (we have LOTS) and I often have to go back and reference external notes about how/why I set things up in a certain way. Having a notes field would provide a quick way to list intent, criteria, etc. for each price group / collection / etc.

A similar feature exists in Custom Fields where you are given an Additional Information field that will display as a Tooltip.. something like that existing feature for Price Groups and Collections could be very helpful

That's a good idea. can you expand on the "etc" in "Price Groups, Collections, etc". What else comes to mind?

Availability Groups and Coupons definitely come to mind.

One of the other specific cases I thought about was a note field to store pricing formulas. I didn’t end up mentioning it because I realized it might be something better served by a product custom field. But, I think it would be great to have a dedicated location where you could store a pricing formula or plug-in some costs to calculate current retail pricing. However, maybe this is a separate request altogether.
