Email Hosting

I've had a couple of store owners inquire about email hosting and I'm wondering what others might be using or would recommend (that doesn't bust a budget).

I've looked at Rackspace, GoDaddy, GSuite and Dreamhost. Trying to find the best accounts for 5-10 email addresses.

Any recommendations?

Great suggestion for Windows users. Yes, I know it's also available for Mac, but...

I'm not sure what you mean. I use Mac exclusively; if anything, it's a better experience on Mac than Windows. Outlook on Mac is fantastic, it has all the same features, can connect to many accounts at the same time, including hosted Exchange, on-prem Exchange, Gmail, etc., can do consolidated search across all accounts, move messages between them, etc.

I can do almost all of that with Thunderbird. Including the drop and drag of selected messages from IMAP to POP3 accounts (thanks to you pointing that out for me). In my case, I'm not quite ready to give up Thunderbird, I have 30 different accounts configured in it. But for the other couple of site owners that have asked, one already uses Outlook and this will be a perfect fit for them.

You can use traditional IMAP with Microsoft hosted Exchange, but you'd be giving up two factor auth by doing so, and any Exchange/Outlook-specific groupware features like shared calendars, public folders, etc.
