Problems with the forum

Since the forum updates, I'm experiencing a couple of interesting (and annoying) issues. On being the transparent background in the posting field.

I'm not seeing either of those problems, although I see that the text I'm typing is a different font from before, and the text is awfully small even though the font size is set to 10pt.

I'm using Firefox on Windows 8.1; this might be browser-dependent.

Font used while typing in form is different and smaller. (Windows 10/Firefox).

I noticed there was a Preference setting for display font, but changing it had no effect (as far as I tried) on the display. Therefore, have to report that they default font is WAY too small for people over 50...and yea, we still work :)

Hmmm, I also noticed that the font in the input text area was pretty small. But hey, as I'm typing this, it's quite a bit larger. Either someone at Miva adjusted it, or it's remembering the larger font size that I selected before.

Same here...be better if it was selectable. Same with the admin. Yea, i get that most folks in web dev are under 30...but we don't have to want to sic the ADA on web application developers :)

The background is the field is now white again but it looks like the default font that is displayed while typing looks to be Times...

The little green circle that you used to be able to click to go to the first unread post in a thread is missing. FF on Windows 10 and Mac.

The forum fonts all seem larger now, right? The "display" text font might actually be larger than necessary. But more importantly, the "typing" font is larger, and noticeably easier to read.

Agreed. I can read posts now without reading glasses even in the early morning
