We are currently using ShipStation and since the new upgrade of Miva it is now only downloading half of the orders every date, from Miva to ShipStation.

I am unique in that things like this happen to my website and there is never any record of it ever happening to any other website in the history of Miva or ShipStation. So there has not been any solution offered by either.

So I am looking for an alternative to ShipStation that will work with the new upgrade of Miva. Would appreciate any suggestions. On a good day we ship 100 orders.

We are very happy with ShipWorks, we've been using it for over 15 years -they like the Miva of Fulfillment. However, if and when Miva updates their Order Processing Endicia UI, will would revisit the possibility of replacing ShipWorks with Miva solution. They also have a free 30 Day Trial offer.

Regarding Shipstation, if it is only downloading half your orders something is wrong. It's possible you need to update the Shipstation module or some other settings. I would reach out to our support team so we can take a look and requests coming in to the module and why you're seeing what you're seeing.

Also, we're in the final stages of a brand new Shipstation connector to Miva which is being built by us and will be supported by us. This should greatly improve the integration experience for you once its released.

Did you get a resolution? I have a store owner that needs to upgrade to MM10 and has concerns.
