I am receiving feedback from customers who received the email confirming their order, but the text is in html code that they cannot read. I am looking for someone who may have experienced this in their use of MIVA. Realize it may be a matter of the browser settings the customer uses, but seems that if that were the case they would be used to it happening with other emails and would not report it. And it does not happen all the time so customer service cannot replicate the problem. But I would not think that I am the only user in the system that has had this problem.
