I am starting to look at some chat bots and Chatfuel is an attractive one. I see they offer an API for integration and thought this might be something Miva would consider looking at. It would be great for a system that could automatically guide people with product selection and answer common questions to reduce the number of calls and emails we get. Only 5 of us including warehouse workers and the phone and emails have gotten busier. Chatfuel tiered pricing is very reasonable.
