I had this same issue in the past after creating a new email address but unfortunately I don't remember the steps I took to resolve it.
I created a [email protected] in PLESK. I added the email address to my mail apps. The mail I send from the new email address is being delivered, test emails from my own domains to the new address are being received, but emails from outside my managed email addresses are not being received.
Does anyone have suggestions?
