Facebook "Page not found" issue

I'm not sure where the problem is but I've had a couple of storeowners report that when they post a store link to Facebook it displays a "Page not found" message. If you click the link, it takes you to the link that was posted (as in it's really there).

Is this a Facebook problem? There is a Facebook Pixel in the HEAD Tag. Does it need to be updated?
