We are experiencing similar phone system issues to what occurred last Friday.
We do not use a VOIP phone system, we use a traditional "land line" system. Last Friday August 2nd, we had a Fiber Card go out in the "post" down the street. AT&T had to come on site and replace the card.
Once replaced our phones were back in full working order until about 8 AM this morning Pacific time, what appears to be the same issue began again.
We'll update this thread with details and updates as we have them. In the meantime Live Chat and Email support are fully staffed.
