Looking for XMl help to help with our UPS Freight API interface

Need a developer experienced with XML, WSDL and Schema files and preferably with the UPS Freight Rating API to develop a PHP function to be used to integrate the UPS Freight Rating API into our existing PHP freight quote program. The task will entail creating a PHP function that formats and submits a XML transaction to the UPS API. Variables needed to be used in the XML document will be provided to the function from the existing program. There will be no responsibility for processing the API XML response, we will handle everything once the response is received. Requirements and UPS documentation will be provided. Warning, do not expect any help from the UPS support site, it has been of little use to me while I attempted to do this myself. If interested and qualified please reply offline to [email protected].
