I am looking for a Miva Specialist who will work on an ongoing basis at a pace that can fit my budget.
My hope is to find someone who can look at my website and tell me what needs fixing. I receive feedback from customers on occasion that also tell me of things that need fixing, but here is my basic premise:
While I have a successful website and have gained a top position in my industry over the 12 years that I have been doing this, I am a 66 years old stamp dealer and younger than most of my customers. I don't twitter.
Would anyone hire me to design a website? I think not. Yet whenever I talk with computer persons I am asked a lot of questions about what I want and if I have SQL and other things that I am not at all qualified to respond to. I do know what I like and what I think will fit my customer base and expect to be involved in responding to ideas for projects to enhance my website.
What I would like to have in a competent person look at my website. I am sure that a professional doing so would see a dozen things right off that need fixing, and are probably easily done. In additional there are a range of easy to do modules and fixes that will increase my website's profitability.
More difficult is the problem of shipping charges. It is my biggest problem and the one I hear about most often. I have the CBS - Shipping Supermod that helps, but only to the degree that it is properly used and I suspect that I am only using a small percentage of the potential, which is the usual and the reason for my need for an audit of the site.
If we are dependent on my asking for things to be done, I probably do not even know to ask some of the things that can build my online business.
If you have an interest please respond and we can discuss a budget.
