PSD layout to Miva Theme

Hello Developers -

We're a company in Utah that designs/codes shopping carts. However, Miva is a bit different. We have a customer currently using Miva and we have a new PSD design we'd like to skin their old cart with.

This would be a flat rate price, done on freelancer.com (so we can use escrow).

Reply to this thread with costs to just re-skin the site with our design (send email and I'll send you some screen shot elements).

NDA will be needed.
