We need a Miva module that will reset our session id when executed from our desktop

Looking for some assistance on this:
On the Miva basket page, we need to be able to execute some server function that will create a new session id for our desktop.

Purpose: We want to be able to create unique saved baskets with unique session ids when we take an order via phone. These saved baskets will be emailed to the customer, allowing them to return and complete purchase at a later time.

Or if there's a better way to accomplish this, we'd be interested in that too.
