4 Miva-related Projects I Need to Farm Out

I have a fistful of things on our Miva store that I have simply not gotten around to taking care of -- so I'd like to hire a hand to knock this stuff out for me.

1. Make the template changes from 9.0004 (from here)
2. Install and/or activate the Miva Wish List module (this)
3. Add Custom Order Field to allow my customers to provide notes with their order (something like this)

Our store is otherwise up to date, hosted with Miva, and using a customized Base Ready Theme

A fourth, but less important, thing I need addressed is getting the LTL freight shipping option set up in our Viking Coders Custom UPS Shipping Module. If you have experience with this thing you could tackle that for me too.

In the least I need those first three things handled.

I can do all the above, but have not set up a freight shipping module before, but I doubt it is complicated.

I have been a Miva developer for over 10 years now, starting out with Miva 4

I work from home so I am available 7 days a week and holidays if there is an emergency.
